Simon Palferman - Director of Operations

Having completed a first degree in Classical Civilisation, and in between spending a total of six years as a high school teacher in Japan, Simon Palferman studied for an M.Phil. in Social Anthropology at Oxford University.  These experiences, combined with extensive travel in Asia, have been formative for his passion for education abroad and international development.

Since joining the MondoChallenge team in 2005, Simon has visited the projects in Asia as well as in Tanzania and Romania. He is now the Director of Operations for MondoChallenge.
