We are looking for volunteers who have the initiative, flexibility, cultural awareness and resilience needed to cope with the challenge of living and working in a completely different environment!

• Application form
• Reference form
• Interview (in person where possible)
• Placement confirmation
• Payment of deposit
• Pre-departure briefing
• Pre-departure planning - arrival details, disclaimer, etc.
• In country induction with our country manager
• The placement begins!!
